The following information is very important for you to understand the event. It is recommended that you read it carefully.
The whole journey is mainly based on chartered vehicle trip, supplemented by hiking in Yading. The average altitude of the journey is more than 3000m.
On the fifth day, there is a half-day Daocheng Yading hiking route, hiking to Milk Sea and Five Color Lake, and a 10km round trip to the electric vehicle stop, which takes 6-8 hours。
Who do not want to hike that day can take a electric vehicle to the scenic spot station at the starting point of the hike. After visiting, take the electric vehicle back to the entrance. If you don’t want to hike but want to go to Wuse Hai and Milk Sea, you may hire house at your own expense. After the tour, return to the starting point and take a sightseeing bus leave Yading Nature Reserve Park.

Physical requirements
This event is only open to those age18-70. Minors (under 18 years old, must participate under the guidance of a guardian) and over-age team members (over 70 years old, must present a letter signed by a doctor before departure indicating that the participant's physical condition is suitable for participating in this activity), are not suitable for the high attitude travel diseases (such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, mental illness and other heart, brain, liver and blood vessel diseases, etc.), pregnant women, and drunk people are not allowed (please confirm that your physical condition can meet the requirements of participating in the activity before signing up. Those who confirm their registration for this activity will be deemed to be aware of their own physical condition and be able to bear the corresponding responsibilities; if you conceal or fail to truthfully inform your health condition and an accident occurs, you will be responsible for it.

About altitude sickness
The incidence of altitude sickness is related to the speed of climbing the mountain, altitude, length of residence and physical fitness. Generally speaking, people who have lived in low-altitude areas for a long time will suffer from varying degrees of altitude sickness when they quickly enter a plateau above 3,000 meters above sea level. When facing altitude sickness, the main thing is to keep your mood relaxed. Generally, you will adapt to the altitude after a few days and the symptoms of altitude sickness will be relieved. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, blood diseases, vascular diseases, asthma, and other diseases that are not adapted to altitude should be cautious when entering the plateau. People who are in good physical condition should also ensure that they do not catch a cold or get angry before entering the plateau, otherwise altitude sickness will be aggravated.
(1) Symptoms (those with one or more of the following symptoms should consider this disease)
Headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, palpitation and shortness of breath, chest tightness and chest pain, insomnia, drowsiness, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, numbness of hands and feet, cyanosis of lips and fingers, eyelids or facial swelling, etc.;
(2) Prevention
If you have entered the plateau for the first time, or have not entered a high-altitude area within two years, it is recommended to take medications to resist altitude sickness, such as rhodiola rosea and Gaoyuanan, as prescribed by your doctor at least 15 days before entering the high altitude, until you have completely entered the plateau;
(3) Treatment
From a time point of view, mild patients will adapt to the plateau in about 3 days; moderate patients will adapt in 5-7 days; severe patients are advised to seek medical treatment immediately and evacuate the high altitude area. For commonly used medicines for altitude sickness, you can prepare oxygen tablets, American ginseng, bagged oxygen or bottled oxygen in advance. When buying and taking medicines, please follow your doctor’s advice!
About discipline
(1) You must be punctual, get up on time, assemble and set off at the time required by the team leader or driver. For team members who fail to assemble according to the specified time, more than 10 minutes will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment of the subsequent trip. The team members are responsible for safety and expense issues after leaving the group. Any problems that occur have nothing to do with the organiser of Nova Adventure
(2) For team members who are always thinking negative and like to complain, accuse, and selfish, please sign up carefully. If there is a situation that affects the harmony of the entire team, the team leader has the right to persuade them to withdraw from the group based on the actual situation. If the warning is not heeded, the group leader has the right to request forcible withdrawal from the group.
About accommodation
(1) Nova Adventure provides cost-effective accommodation for the team members. However, the team members should be fully mentally prepared. There are sparsely populated areas and limited infrastructure along the way. Most of the hotels along the route have not been rated stars. Sometimes there will be water and power outages. Please prepare a flashlight in advance .Team members who particularly love cleanliness can bring sleeping bag liners in case of emergencies needs
(2) Located in a Tibetan area, the hotel facilities are basic, items such as disposable slippers, hair dryers, and disposable hotel supplies are limited;
(3) Some hotels do not have elevators or luggage services, we have to carry our luggage up to higher floor of the building.
(4) For team members who have special requirements for accommodation, please inform us when registering (requires one person to stay for the entire journey, double room, triple room, etc.). The fee will be determined when registering. On the spot changes to the accommodation are strictly will not be entertained
(5) In principle, accommodation location cannot be changed without special reasons. If the whole group agrees to change the accommodation location, the original accommodation will not be refunded, and the new accommodation costs will be borne by the team members. The new accommodation costs for the leader or driver will be shared equally by the team members.
About dining
(1) Except for some of the complimentary meals, other excluded meals
(2) Sichuan cuisine is the main dishes served along the way in the Daoya Siguniang area in western Sichuan. However, due to road conditions, meals cannot be served on time in many cases, so please standby some snack on the go.
About transportation
(1) Breakdown: This trip is driven on a plateau throughout the journey. The distance is long and the road conditions sometimes might lack of maintanance. The vehicle is likely to break down. If the vehicle breaks down, please wait patiently or work together to solve the problem. The normal solution process is: If the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, in order not to affect the itinerary, Nova Adventure will call local vehicles for temporary transfer. The transfer vehicles are mainly small vans, which are not very comfortable. The transfer fee will be paid by Nova Adventure until Once the car is repaired, or another car of the same model or a similar model arrives, please cooperate with the team members. For a team member who refuses to use the transfer vehicle, it will be deemed that the team member voluntarily gave up the trip, and Nova Adventure will not refund the unaccrued accommodation fees and tickets, and the contract will be terminated.
(2) Traffic jam: This trip will be driven on the plateau throughout, mainly on mountain roads. Traffic jams caused by mudslides, landslides, rolling stones, broken roads and bridges, or other situations during the rainy season are normal. Team members should wait patiently and have spare food and clothing. Make all emergency preparations;
(3) Seats: The first seat on the left is the driver, and the first seat on the right is the leader. In principle, other ordinary seats should be given to the elderly and children. If there are no team members who need special care, seats will be taken in turn one by one;
(4) Walking at night: In principle, you should never walk at night, but due to complex road conditions and weather conditions, you may occasionally walk at night. If a team member refuses to walk at night and requires temporary accommodation, the accommodation fees already booked on that day will not be refunded, and the new accommodation costs incurred by the team member will be borne by the team members themselves. If the trip needs to be extended, the related expenses of the extended trip will also be borne by the team members;
(5) Expenses: If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled accommodation due to traffic jams, traffic control, or other force majeure factors, the booked accommodation fees will not be refunded. The team members will be responsible for the temporary accommodation expenses, and the team leader or driver's accommodation will be borne by the team members. Nova Adventure assumes.
About shopping
(1) There are no shopping arrangements on this route, and the leader does not have any shopping recommendations.
(2) During the free activities of the team members, if there is no purchase demand, do not bargain with the locals, and do not stop and watch too much. If the team members voluntarily shop, please check the quality of the product by yourself. If a transaction intention is reached after counter-offering, please purchase. . If you regret not buying after bargaining, it can easily cause trouble, and you will be responsible for the consequences of any conflicts and contradictions that may arise.
(3) There is no "purchasing service" on this route. Please do not ask the group leader to purchase any products on your behalf during the group or after completing the group. If necessary, please select and purchase by yourself.
About leader
(1) The responsibilities of the team leader are different from those of ordinary tour guides. The purpose is not to talk about shopping or to pay for one's own expenses. The team leader will arrange accommodation for the team members, coordinate meals, lead the way, coordinate and control the tour time of the scenic spots, and coordinate and handle various situations for the team members when they encounter crises. unexpected things
(2) The team leader is not a doctor and does not have medical qualifications. If a team member feels unwell, it is recommended to seek medical treatment nearby and do not rely on the team leader for treatment.
About Mobile Network
(1) We travels throughout the Tibetan Plateau. In some high mountains and canyons, there is no signal for a long time. Please tell your family and friends in advance. Don’t worry if you can’t make calls temporarily. There is signal at your accommodation at night, so you can call and communicate with your love one.
(2) Telekom China signal is the best, China Mobile’s is second, China Unicom’s is basically not good
(3) The WIFI at the accommodation is intermittent. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. For those who need computers to work along the way, it may not be able to meet their needs at times, so please arrange relevant work in advance.
About insurance
(1) Team members need to consult a professional insurance practitioner before departure to understand the nature and content of insurance, and purchase relevant insurance before travel. We do not have any insurance to recommend to our team members, nor do we purchase travel insurance on behalf of our team members.
(2) During the activity, you should protect your valuable belongings, in case of lost, the team members will be responsible for the loss.
(3) If personal belongings are lost due to personal reasons and the team members need to stay and deal with them themselves, the team members need to give up the subsequent itinerary, and Nova Adventure will refund the unincurred tickets and accommodation fees of 80 yuan/person/day to the team members, which have already been incurred. Accommodation, tickets, and full fares will not be refunded.
About medicine
(1) Before registering, please go to a qualified hospital for a comprehensive physical examination to ensure that there are no diseases that will affect your journey before registering. The conditions in Tibetan areas are backward and medical conditions are very poor. If a disease breaks out during the journey, treatment will be troublesome.
(2) The leader, driver, hotel owner and other staff are not qualified to practice medicine. Please do not rely on the staff for treatment. If you have any signs of discomfort, please inform the staff and go to the nearest medical point for treatment.
(3) Special statement: Nova Adventure is not a professional medical personnel. Since it has no medical qualifications, it only provides bottled oxygen and commonly used simple medicines (Panadol, cold medicine, Po Chai Pills, stomachache medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine), please prepare personal medicine in advance.
force majeure
(1) If the contract cannot be performed and the itinerary is changed due to force majeure (such as landslides, mudslides, destroyed roads and bridges, flight delays, national policies, wars, plagues, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.), Nova Adventure will not be responsible for relevant compensation.
(2) The resulting increased expenses shall be borne by the team members themselves
(3) If there are no expenses incurred, our company will refund the team members realistically.
About photography
(1) When taking photos in Tibetan area, please respect local management regulations and folk customs. Please do not take photos at checkpoints, bridges, military management areas, private residences, temples, rituals, and other places where photography is taboo. Taking photos may result in the camera being confiscated or more serious consequences. The team members are responsible for any adverse consequences and impacts caused;
(2) Photographing Tibetan compatriots, Tibetan mastiffs, and yaks in or near Tibetan scenic spots mostly requires a fee. It is recommended not to shoot these materials, or to pay quickly. When taking portraits in pastoral areas, temples or other places, try to get the consent of others. If you are refused, please stop shooting immediately;
Toilet in Tibetan areas
(1) After entering Tibetan areas, except for petrol stations and hotels, all toilets are charged, ranging from 1 to 5 yuan. If you encounter a paid toilet, take the initiative to pay the fee
(2) In areas where there are no toilets, personal problems can be solved in a clean and sheltered place, but special places such as rivers, sutras, Mani piles, and Bodhi pagodas must be avoided;
(3) Where there is no shelter, please bring your own umbrellas and other shelters to cover yourself.
About taking a bath
(1) It is recommended that when you first go to the plateau, you should not take a bath within 3 days. After 3 days, it depends on your physical condition to avoid catching a cold, causing or aggravating altitude sickness, which will affect the entire trip;
(2) The water and electricity supply in Tibetan areas is insufficient, and the water temperature may be unstable. Before taking a bath, please test the water temperature with your hands before making preparations to take a bath to avoid burns caused by overheating or colds caused by too cold water.
(3) The water and electricity supply in Tibetan areas is insufficient, and the water may be cut off during the bathing process, so the speed of bathing must be fast. If girls have long hair, it is recommended to wash their hair and bathe separately to avoid not finishing washing and hot water. The water has been used up or the water supply has been stopped.
(4) Please make sure you can adapt to the difficult conditions of the Tibetan Plateau before signing up. Our company does not accept any complaints about bathing issues.
About leaving the group
(1) If you cancel the trip due to personal reasons: No matter where you cancel the trip, the accommodation and tickets that have not been incurred will not be refunded. The fare, tour guide fee will not be refunded.
(2) Withdrawal from the group due to force majeure: If the itinerary cannot be continued due to force majeure, fee that not incuured yet will not be refunded.
(3) Peak Season tour cancellation by participant will not be entertained, all fees will not be refunded.

Departing from Chengdu in the morning, we pass through the world-famous "Rain City" Ya'an, get on the Yakang Expressway, pass through the [Erlang Mountain Tunnel], feel the two heavens of yin and yang, and get off the expressway to the capital of Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture - Kangding in "Kangding Love Song" . Then go to [Kangding Love Song (Mugecuo) Scenic Area] and transfer to the scenic sightseeing car at the visitor center to reach [Mugecuo] on the top of the mountain. Mugecuo, also known as the Sea of Savages, is one of the largest alpine lakes in northwest Sichuan with excellent visibility. It is so high that you can even board a yacht and swim in the sea in summer and autumn. On the left side of Mugecuo, there is a rare beach on the plateau called [Sea Dry Rock], which is a symbol of love. After the visit, you can take a sightseeing bus or hike from top to bottom to visit Hongshitan, Dujuan Gorge, Yaochi Boiling Spring, Seven Color Sea, Fangcaoping and other scenic spots. If you are interested, you can try Yaochi Boiling Spring. The eggs boiled in the spring are smooth and tender. After the tour, continue driving and cross the first high mountain on the southern Sichuan-Tibet line - [Zheduo Mountain] (the pass is 4298 meters above sea level), and then you will arrive at the fascinating "photography paradise" [Xindu Bridge], which is like a poem. Special reminder:
(1) There is insufficient water and electricity supply in Tibetan areas, and there are occasional water and power outages. Please bring your own wipes and flashlights. The temperature of the bathing water may be unstable, or the water may stop during the bathing process, so it is best to bathe quickly. You should take a bath after you are fully adapted to the Tibetan area.
(2) Xinduqiao is known as a paradise for photographers. It is not a fixed scenic spot, but the pastoral scenery of Tibetan villages.
