Payment terms

1. A non-refundable deposit of RM1000 is payable to secure booking. Balance fee to be collected upon booking deadline or when the event is fully booked.

** Deposit is refundable subjected to below conditions:

a. Event cancellation by Nova Adventure due to insufficient number of participants

b. Event cancellation by Nova Adventure due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. (Example: due to pandemic/ natural disaster/ war/ etc)

c. Event cancellation by Nova Adventure due to fail to secure permit or accommodation at event destination.(Example: Mount Kinabalu Panalaban Hostel/ hiking permit/ etc)

Price Includes

交通 : 麗江 - 哈巴村往返交通，車費、路橋油費、司機食宿費，根據人數確定車型（5座SUV，或者7-9座商務車），一人一正座（所用車輛經過嚴格消毒處理）

麗江機場接送：麗江機場 - 酒店接送機（來回），必須是Nova 指定到達和離開的航班時間。指定航班以外的時間抵達和離開恕不提供接送服務。

工作人員 : Nova Adventure領隊 + 專業司機 + 專業登山協作（1協作：1隊員）

餐食 : D2（早和晚餐）；D3（早和晚餐）；D4（早和晚餐）；D5（早餐）； D6（早餐）

住宿 : 2晚麗江酒店標準兩人間或三人間；2晚哈巴村客棧標準兩人間或三人間；1晚大本營多人通鋪上下床位（酒店和客棧自然拼房2-3人間，如不願拼房須補單房差（平季RM500/人，中國暑假RM700/人，中國國慶春節RM900/人）

管理和行政費 : 雲南登山報備文書、管理和行政費、後勤部隊

門票與其它 : 登頂獎牌、冰爪、行動鎬、其他登山技術裝備 (借用裝備每件物品需要抵押金）

Price Excludes

大交通：各地前往麗江往返航班

餐食：D1（全天不含餐）；D2（午餐）；D3-D4 （午和路餐）；D5（午和晚餐）； D6（午和晚餐）。

出发地徒步登山旅行保險、護照申請費用、中國簽證費

雲南登山協會登頂證書（需要提出申請RMB100）

成功登頂後必須給嚮導的定額小費，200元 (沒有登頂沒有產生小費）

背包費（200元/位）需要嚮導背沖頂包就自費

上下山騎馬費（騎馬單程4小時）單程RMB300/位

麗江休閒遊城市公共交通費；個人消費、購物、娛樂和其他沒有包括之消費。

不可預見因素所產生之費用，包括但不限於醫藥、拒絕入境離境、意外、遺失貴重物中途離隊的額外費用等等。
